Job Title: Marketing Manager (BPO) Location | Remote Time Zone | ESTRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for a business process outsourcing (BPO) company.
This is a full-time role requiring direct experience marketing a BPO itself, not a BPO's clients.
The ideal candidate is strategic, hands-on, and comfortable owning both brand and demand generation efforts in a fast-paced, service-based environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategy for the BPO's own brand, services, and growth goalsManage advertising campaigns, including planning, budgeting, and performance trackingOversee content creation, brand messaging, and positioning across digital channelsManage social media presence, website content, and email marketing initiativesCollaborate with sales and leadership to align marketing efforts with business development goalsTrack and report on marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and ROIManage relationships with external vendors, agencies,



or freelancers as neededRequired QualificationsDirect experience working as a Marketing Manager for a BPO company itself (marketing the BPO's own services, not client campaigns) (non-negotiable)Proven experience managing ads and/or general marketing strategy in a BPO or outsourcing industry settingStrong written and spoken English with a clear, professional, business-facing communication styleAbility to manage multiple marketing initiatives and campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detailMust have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies.Applications without this experience will not be considered.Preferred QualificationsExperience at a well-established BPOExperience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platformsExperience building employer branding or recruitment marketing campaigns for a BPOTools & TechnologyGoogle WorkspaceSlack, Zoom, and other remote collaboration toolsAdvertising and marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)CRM and/or marketing automation tools
