You will own the CEO's inbox, manage the calendar across time zones, and handle end-to-end travel and conference logistics.
You will act as a strategic partner, researching with AI tools and proposing proactive solutions.Idóneo candidates bring proven EA experience, sharp organizational skills, and a diplomatic communication style.
This is a high-trust, fully remote position with LATAM-based candidates considered.
