The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on expertise in campaign management, social media, and paid media—and can translate brand objectives into measurable outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns from brief through to execution and reportingOwn and drive social media strategy across organic and paid channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and audience engagementPlan and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTokAnalyse campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to continuously improve ROICollaborate cross-functionally with design, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive marketing executionManage marketing calendars, budgets,



and timelines with a high level of organisation and accountabilityStay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitive activityRequired QualificationsProven experience in a senior marketing role with ownership of campaigns end-to-endDemonstrated expertise in social media marketing, including content strategy and community managementHands-on paid media experience across major platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and similar)Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and reporting on campaign performanceExcellent written and verbal English communication skills with a strategic, brand-aware approachMust have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies.
