Acadia is seeking a Data & Billing Specialist to back up our finance leadership in a remote, part-time role (4 hours per day, EST).
You will translate SOW terms into subscription models in Ordway, and ultimately manage Ordway daily with oversight from the Assistant Controller.You'll ensure Ordway-QBO syncing, support ad-hoc data requests, maintain data integrity across systems, and look for automation and workflow improvements using Ramp, Cube, Coupler, and SaasAnt.
