About the Project We are looking for a Session Director to support live, supervised voice recording sessions for a multilingual conversational AI project in Spanish (Peru).
In this role, you'll facilitate recording sessions, provide real-time participant coaching, and monitor technical quality throughout, helping ensure recordings are natural, authentic, and meet project specifications.What You'll DoManage session facilitation, real-time coaching, and recording quality monitoring throughout each sessionComplete approximately 8 hours of calibration prior to production, observing sessions to align on facilitation style, recording objectives, and workflowSupport recording sessions independently following calibrationMonitor recordings in real time, resolving technical or conversational issues as they arise to minimize re-recordsWhat We're Looking ForNative-level fluency in Spanish (Peru)Experience facilitating recording sessions and coaching participants for natural, authentic deliveryComfortable managing real-time technical quality monitoring (file format, recording specifications) during live sessionsAvailable to support sessions running approximately 4 hours eachCommitment & CompensationEstimated time: Approximately 8 hours calibration, plus supervision across two recording sessions of ~4 hours each per participantCompensation:
