Whizz is seeking a Collections Agent to join our remote team.
You will monitor overdue accounts, maintain records, and pursue timely payments while delivering excellent customer service.The role requires 1+ year collections experience, fluent English (C1) and preferably Spanish, with 40 hours per week and shifts within EST business hours.
You will work with international teams and leverage Office and Workspace tools.
