and environmental regulations.Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.Act as a key technical advisor on major engineering initiatives and challenges.RequirementsMaster's or PhD in Chemical Engineering .10+ years of progressive experience in chemical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale chemical engineering projects.Expertise in process design, optimization, and troubleshooting.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work full-time on-site in Sandton .
