Prepare clean monthly, quarterly,



and year-end financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow reports) across multiple accounts or revenue streams.Assist with tax filing prep and compliance alignment specific to US (IRS/GAAP) or Australian (ATO/BAS) standards.Who You AreProven track record working with foreign accounts—specifically US or Australian (AU) clients.Background as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Specialist, or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Advanced hands-on proficiency with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero.Practical experience handling multi-currency platforms (Airwallex, Wise) and international bank transfers.Flawless written and spoken English skills, meticulous attention to detail, and comfort managing remote workflows independently.Nice-to-HavesFamiliarity with US GAAP/IRS guidelines or Australian BAS/GST tax regulations.Experience in specialized niches like e-commerce, creative industries, SaaS, or professional services.Proficiency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Asana).
