The idóneo candidate is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in deal structuring, negotiation, and due diligence, ready to contribute to key business decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within one of Africa's premier financial hubs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the legal aspects of complex M&A; transactions, from initial strategy and due diligence to negotiation and closing.Structure and advise on corporate finance deals, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.Draft and negotiate key transaction documents, including Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholders' Agreements, and NDAs.Provide expert legal counsel on corporate governance, securities law,
