Winning Assistants, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Medical Front Desk & Patient Intake Virtual Assistant to support a pain management practice.
The role is full-time and remote, with front desk duties, patient intake, scheduling, referrals, and maintaining patient records in the Athena EHR.The adecuado candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, has prior medical office experience, can handle patient communications professionally, and is comfortable working US Central Time.
Training will be provided.
