You will collaborate with fraud/risk and disputes teams to determine actions on a case-by-case basis, using internal policies to identify patterns and improve processes.The role is a full-time paid internship, typically Mon–Fri, 9:00 am–5:30 pm Central Time, and may involve leveraging AI tools like Claude to boost research and communication efficiency.
