ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a Mid‐level QA Engineer to test a SaaS web application through functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.MUST HAVES2+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer testing SaaS web applications (functional, compatibility, usability and integration testing)Good knowledge of Agile software development methodologiesBasic knowledge of the HTTP protocol, client‐server architecture and REST APIs (Postman or similar)Ability to define the root cause of bugs for FE/BEExperience with Jira and ConfluenceStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently, while knowing when to ask questionsNICE TO HAVESExperience with test automation (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress or similar), or a desire to grow into automationBasic SQL / database skills (PostgreSQL)Exposure to cloud or virtualization platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware vSphere,
