This role focuses on rapid experimentation, funnel optimization, and scalable growth programs across acquisition, activation, and conversion.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on execution and understands how to market technically sophisticated, AI-enabled solutions to modern SaaS buyers.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute growth marketing strategies aligned to revenue and pipeline targetsOwn full-funnel experimentation across paid media, lifecycle email, landing pages, and conversion flowsOptimize acquisition and conversion performance across channels using data and testing frameworksPartner with Product Marketing to position AI-driven value propositions clearly and effectivelyCollaborate with Sales and RevOps to improve funnel velocity and conversion ratesTrack and report on growth metrics including CAC, CPL, MQL, SQL, pipeline,



and revenue impactRequired QualificationsProven experience in B2B growth or demand marketing within a SaaS environmentStrong understanding of AI-powered products and their impact on buyer behavior and messagingDemonstrated success driving measurable pipeline and revenue through experimentation-led programsHands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Marketo with Salesforce)Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsNon-negotiable: Prior experience working fully remote, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US- or UK-based companies.
