Cielo is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive service excellence across the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador and mentor for recruiters and team members.You will lead intake meetings with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, evaluate candidates, and build talent pipelines across LATAM while keeping candidates engaged with timely updates.
Knowledge of Workday and ATS tools is required, along with strong stakeholder management and cross‐country recruiting experience.
