Job Title: Client Implementation & Operations Analyst (B2B / BPO)Location: RemoteTime Zone: US Time Zones (EST–PST)Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Client Implementation & Operations Analyst to support the successful setup, configuration, and launch of new B2B client accounts within a BPO/outsourcing environment.
This is a full-time, high-accountability role that bridges client onboarding and internal operations, ensuring that all systems, workflows, and reporting are accurately configured before and after go-live.
The idóneo candidate is analytical, process-driven, and highly comfortable navigating multiple platforms and tools to deliver a smooth client implementation experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the technical and operational setup of new B2B client accounts, including system configurations, workflow builds, and tool integrationsCoordinate with onboarding, IT, and operations teams to ensure all client requirements are accurately captured and implementedBuild and maintain implementation trackers, status reports, and client-facing documentationConduct pre-launch audits and quality checks to verify that all configurations meet client specificationsMonitor post-launch performance data and flag anomalies or gaps to the relevant internal teamsMaintain accurate records of client setups, configurations, and change requests in internal systemsli>Document implementation processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding playbooks and SOPsProvide data-driven reporting to leadership on implementation timelines, bottlenecks,



and outcomesRequired QualificationsProven experience in a Client Implementation, Operations Analyst, or Technical Onboarding role within a BPO, outsourcing, or managed services environmentStrong analytical skills with the ability to work across multiple systems and data sources simultaneouslyExperience building reports, trackers, and documentation to support client implementationsProficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas and data organizationExcellent written and spoken English with a professional communication styleMust have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US- or UK-based companies.
