Hauler Hero is seeking a LATAM-based contractor to organize and document our marketing operations.
You will capture requests from leadership, assign owners and due dates, and ensure follow-up with clear ownership and timelines. You'll run the Notion project board, maintain the weekly rhythm, and build a scalable marketing knowledge base used by sales, CS and leadership.
This is not administrative—it's building systems that keep a fast-moving team on track.
