Shameless Snacks is seeking a senior technical lead to commercialize every product—from approved brief to first production run—owning feasibility, cost inputs, lead times and go/no-go decisions.As the technical center of our co-manufactured model, you will own formulations, specs, and pilot-to-scale runs, coordinating with flavor houses and CM partners to deliver on the roadmap while controlling costs and ensuring regulatory compliance.
