About The Role
Be the voice of our clients' businesses, helping their customers by phone, email and chat.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls, emails and chats
Resolve questions, orders and issues
Log every interaction in the help desk or CRM
Escalate complex cases to the right team
Follow up to make sure customers are satisfied
Keep up to date with products and policies
Requirements
1+ year of customer service experience
Advanced English (C1 or higher) with clear pronunciation
Empathy,



patience and a problem-solving attitude
Comfortable with help desk tools
A quiet workspace, a headset and a reliable internet connection
Nice To Have
Zendesk, Freshdesk or Gorgias
Experience in e-commerce or with US customers
English Level
Advanced (C1 or higher), with clear pronunciation
Schedule
Full time, US business hours
