You will monitor overdue accounts, maintain accurate delinquent records, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve disputes while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.The adecuado candidate has 1+ years of collections experience, fluent English (C1), strong negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.
