Title: Senior Growth Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a growth marketer who will own the end‐to‐end customer acquisition engine for FreeUpStorage, diagnosing performance issues, building campaigns, directing channel execution, launching tests, analyzing lead quality, and making adjustments for qualified leads and completed rentals.
Responsibilities include:
Align paid media, organic search, landing pages, promotions, testing, lead quality, attribution, and facility priorities.Own the customer acquisition system for FreeUpStorage, delivering *****% qualified lead volume growth year over year.Improve lead‐to‐rental conversion to 35% or higher.Reduce cost per qualified lead by *****% within 6 months.Reduce overall customer acquisition cost by *****%.
Grow completed rentals and marketing‐attributed revenue by *****% year over year.Raise website and landing‐page conversion rate by 1‐2 percentage points through structured A/B tests.
Qualifications:




Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or related discipline.Minimum 7 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or customer acquisition.Proven record of increasing qualified lead volume, conversion, revenue, or rentals.Deep hands‐on experience managing multi‐channel acquisition programs.Advanced understanding of paid media, landing pages, conversion optimization, analytics, attribution, CRM, and lead nurturing.Ability to diagnose complex funnel problems and take action.
Work arrangement: Full‐time, working significant overlap with U.S. business hours, including evening or overnight schedules as required.
