In this role, you'll own a fast-moving pipeline of diverse roles, ensuring speed, structure, and quality from first outreach to final offer.
You'll work closely with hiring managers, optimize recruiting workflows, and keep candidates informed and engaged every step of the way.

professional communication with candidates to ensure a great experienceTrack and assess pipeline health, reporting on key metrics and suggesting process improvementsWhat You Bring2–3 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, either agency or in-houseProven ability to manage multiple open requisitions without sacrificing qualityStrong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonalFamiliarity with modern recruiting tools (ATS, sourcing platforms, scheduling software)Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with shifting prioritiesAvailability to work full-time on Eastern Time (with Pacific Time overlap preferred)Nice to HaveExperience hiring across both technical and non-technical functionsA proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a sense of urgencyExperience supporting distributed or general teamsWe connect top talent with vetted employers, competitive pay, and real growth opportunities.
