You will act as a trusted advisor, proactively engaging with clients to drive adoption, retention, and growth.

acting as their primary point of contact.Develop and execute success plans to help clients maximize value from our solutions.Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess progress and identify opportunities.Proactively identify and address potential client churn risks.Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure client needs are met.Onboard new clients and guide them through the initial stages of adoption.RequirementsProven experience as a Client Success Manager , Account Manager, or similar role.Excellent communication, negotiation , and presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Experience with CRM software and customer success platforms.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment .
