Veralto seeks an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of integral HR processes.
You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and regional teams to optimize governance, documentation, and adoption across a LATAM-based, remote role.You will own process standards, measurement, and continuous improvement initiatives, including compensation planning, performance management, and benefits enrollment.
Strong Workday experience and English fluency are required.
