Sur Integral in LATAM is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead (Remote) to drive delivery quality and efficiency across multiple global oncology and GI studies.
You will partner with project and clinical leads to align on the Clinical Operations Plan and governance across regions.You will lead the monitoring strategy, mentor junior staff, and ensure RBM tools and templates are used consistently.
Strong English and cross-functional collaboration are essential in this role.
