Handle inbound and outbound calls for US companies, delivering a great experience on every call.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls following scripts and procedures
Schedule appointments and process requests
Update records in the CRM after every call
Meet quality and productivity targets
Escalate issues to the right team
Requirements
Call center experience (inbound or outbound)
Advanced English (C1 or higher), clear and confident on the phone




Comfortable working with metrics and targets
A quiet workspace, a headset and a reliable internet connection
Nice To Have
Dialers or VoIP tools (RingCentral, Five9, Aircall)
Sales or collections experience
English Level
Advanced (C1 or higher), clear and confident on the phone
Schedule
Full time, US business hours
