We're hiring an Account Executive to help grow our client base in the B2B SaaS sector.
You'll be driving deals from first contact to signing contracts.
Success in the first 3–6 months means consistently meeting sales targets, closing high-value accounts, and developing a reliable stream of qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and referralsThis is a phone heavy role, expect to spend most of your days cold calling (especially in the beginning)Conduct discovery calls to present LatamCent's nearshore recruiting solutionsConsult with clients to assess hiring needs and demonstrate service valueNegotiate and close contracts to maximize revenue, and valueCollaborate with recruiters to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of talentMaintain and grow client relationships post-saleMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Requirements




1+ years of Account Executive experience with a USA companyProven ability to take sales from prospecting to closeStrong understanding of sales processes and dynamicsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsEnglish level C1 or higher (written and spoken)Experience using CRMs, & Sales Tech Tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in recruiting or staffing servicesBackground in B2B SaaS or sales techPrior SDR experience
Compensation & Logistics
