About the RoleOur client is seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of their hotel in Sandton.
This role is essential for creating a positive first impression and ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
You will be responsible for managing check-ins and check-outs, handling guest inquiries, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
The idóneo candidate possesses excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality, with the ability to balance on-site duties with administrative remote tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform efficient and courteous check-in and check-out procedures for guests.Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.Provide information on hotel amenities, services, and local points of interest.Manage reservations, room assignments,
