This remote role focuses on securitizations, retained bond analysis, and portfolio cash flow modeling within a MF real estate context.
The candidate should be an absolute Excel wizard with deep CMBS knowledge, Bond Math proficiency, and strong underwriting and automation skills to drive capital markets analytics and strategic financing decisions.
