The company is moving its legacy RCM platforms (MD Suite, PrognoCIS, CareTracker and Cortex) onto a new central platform.
You will build the data models, mappings, pipelines and data quality checks behind the migration.
You will use AI/LLM tools every day to speed up mapping and catch data issues early.
The ideal candidate is hands-on and comfortable working with legacy systems that have little documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild data models and source-to-target mapping specs from Practice Management (PM) systems such as MD Suite, PrognoCIS, CareTracker and Cortex to the new platformUse AI/LLM tools to speed up schema mapping, field reconciliation and data quality checksDesign and build ETL pipelines and REST/SOAP APIs to move data into the new platformCleanse, structure and enrich source data into the required target formatMonitor, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in productionWork closely with the AI Architect, product, engineering and operations teamsMaintain clear documentation of data models, mapping specs and pipeline configurationsRequired QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in data/system integration or ETL engineering,



building production integrations with complex legacy systemsHands-on experience using AI/LLM APIs (such as OpenAI or Azure OpenAI) for schema mapping, entity resolution or automated data quality checksStrong SQL skills and experience with relational databasesWorking knowledge of Python and JavaScript (or similar scripting languages)Experience building REST and SOAP APIs and working with JSON, XML, CSV, flat-file and EDI formatsUnderstanding of HIPAA and PHI security practicesStrong written and spoken English with a clear, professional communication styleMust have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies.
