Overseas is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to guide new clients through setup and serve as their main contact for follow-up questions.
This fully remote role requires clear communication, structured calls, and a drive to help customers operate the platform within about an hour after onboarding.You will lead 1-hour onboarding sessions, document feedback, and provide post-onboarding support to resolve questions, while maintaining records and following the established process.
