About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Product Tester to join our tech team on a contract basis, testing a SaaS platform built for advanced data analysis.
You'll be testing across the full platform - from complex, data-heavy features through to the everyday flows that make the product usable end-to-end.

Key areas you'll be testing include:
Large-scale data visualisation and analysis- ensuring complex datasets render accurately, perform well, and give users clear, trustworthy insights
Automated workflows- validating that multi-step, automated processes behave reliably and handle edge cases correctly
AI-powered chat and agent features- testing conversational and agentic functionality for accuracy, reliability, and edge-case handling
Core platform flows- onboarding, authentication, and other standard SaaS functionality, ensuring a smooth and secure user experience throughout
This is a hands-on, manual testing role you'll be thinking like a real user,
actively probing the platform to catch issues before they reach customers, and working closely with the tech team to report and help resolve them.
What We're Looking For
3–5 years' experience in manual QA/product testing, ideally on SaaS platforms (mid-to-senior level)
Comfortable testing AI-driven features, experience with AI tools or AI-powered products is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to think through edge cases and real-world usage patterns
Based in or able to travel to Lisbon, Portugal - this is a hybrid role with at least one day per week in the office for team collaboration and user feedback sessions.
Fluent in spoken and written English - the company's working language is English only.
6-month initial contract, with potential to extend based on performance and project needs
