Stayd Collective is seeking a Guest Experience Associate to join our remote, full-time Guest Experience team.
You will handle guest inquiries by phone, email, and text, coordinating with Maintenance, Housekeeping and Operations to resolve issues from booking to checkout.You thrive on helping guests, stay organized as priorities shift, and communicate clearly in English.
The role includes a rotating after-hours on-call schedule and benefits like PTO and versátil hours.
