Reporting to the Talent Acquisition organization, the Senior Recruiter will play a pivotal role in shaping the teams that power our client engagements and internal growth.
This individual will own end-to-end recruitment for technical and strategic roles across engineering, product, design, consulting, and support functions across LATAM, EMEA, and the US.
This is a hands-on, high-impact position that perfectly blends operational rigor with creative sourcing and genuine people instinct.
This individual will lead high-velocity candidate generation, build deep talent pipelines across three major regions, and partner directly with executive stakeholders to scale our delivery teams.
