About The Role
Keep our clients' data accurate and up to date across their systems, from spreadsheets and databases to CRMs.
Responsibilities
Enter, update and verify data in databases, CRMs and spreadsheets
Review documents and extract the relevant information
Check data for errors and fix inconsistencies
Maintain organized records
Prepare simple reports
Requirements
Previous data entry experience
Fast and accurate typingHigh attention to detail




Good command of Excel or Google Sheets
English B2 or higher (reading and writing)
Nice To Have
Experience with CRMs or ERPs
Basic knowledge of spreadsheet formulas
English Level
Upper-intermediate (B2 or higher), reading and writing
Schedule
Full time, US business hours
