A US ag-tech startup is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager.
Remote, full-time.
As we scale our investor pipeline, we're building out the sales function so it can grow with the volume.
You'll work closely with our CRO to turn a proven sales approach into a repeatable, teachable system - building playbooks, training reps, and making sure no lead gets lost as we grow.
What you'll do
Build a sales process and team that closes deals without one person on every call
Write scripts, playbooks and instructions - turn our best closer's knowledge into a repeatable system
Train and onboard sales reps
Build sales plans and make sure leads are received and don't get lost
Set standards for confirmation calls, follow-up and objection handling
What we need
Proven experience building or training sales teams - not just selling, but building how others sell
A track record with measurable results - numbers behind your sales work
Ability to turn one strong seller's knowledge into a repeatable, teachable system
Self-sufficiency in an environment without established processes - you'll build them
English C1+:



this is a sales role for the US market.
The interview is conducted in English - part of assessing your level
