Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, partnering with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and legal teams.
This role is part of the HR Shared Services / HR Policy & Process Excellence team, located in LATAM, and will be remote.The adecuado candidate will translate process design into scalable standards, manage lifecycle execution for core HR processes, and drive continuous improvement with data-driven insights and automation opportunities.
