You will audit and refine CRM data, implement governance for billing, CPQ and ticketing integrations, and document decisions to support scalable SaaS processes.The role emphasizes cross-system data reconciliation, policy rule resolution, and clear communication in English.
Prior SaaS CRM experience and strong automation knowledge are essential.
