About the RoleOur client, a large financial services institution in Sandton , is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Systems Analyst .
You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, analyzing complex systems, and documenting requirements for software development projects.

Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for software development teams.Develop process flows, use cases, and data models to represent system functionality.Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT),



and provide post-implementation support.Identify opportunities for system improvements and efficiencies.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in the IT sector.Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements.Experience with various SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Proficiency in using tools for process modeling and documentation (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
