About the RoleOur client is seeking a specialized Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join their HR team in Sandton .
This role is critical for designing, implementing, and managing competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
You will conduct market research, analyze compensation data, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and administer the company's compensation structure, including salary ranges, job evaluations, and incentive programs.Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans,
