The role is fully remote, aligned to US Eastern Time hours, and reports to the Director of Coaching Excellence.You will manage client journeys, CRM data, contracts and decks, and support coaches to deliver high-value engagements.
You will coordinate onboarding through renewal, run NPS surveys, track program results, and produce actionable reporting.
