You'll source, qualify, and hire high volumes across operations, customer success, sales and support, partnering with managers to calibrate roles and JD clarity.You'll own end-to-end recruitment, build a multi-channel funnel, source globally including contractors, and report hiring metrics using Airtable, Google Sheets, and ATS tools.
