Trellix Argentina SA is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to lead LATAM benefits design, implementation, and day-to-day administration within a general Total Rewards framework.You will partner with brokers and vendors, manage renewals, optimize communications, and ensure compliant, cost-effective programs across LATAM markets.This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in HRIS (Workday) and Excel, and bilingual English/Spanish, with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution.
