ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a Software Engineer with experience in Java and MuleSoft to own backend services and platform-level engineering supporting a Case object ecosystem.
This person strengthens service logic, data processing, and platform reliability alongside Salesforce Service Cloud integrations.
Production troubleshooting, incident support, and on-call rotation are part of the role.WHAT YOU WILL DOOwn backend Java services and platform-level engineering supporting the Case object ecosystem, including service logic, data processing, and platform reliability for case-related features.Contribute to active engineering efforts across internally owned daemons and MuleSoft capabilities, with a focus on the integration layer.Support stakeholders and their reps in Service Cloud, partnering with internal teams on integration-related issues affecting Cases and case workflows.Diagnose and resolve API/integration failures impacting downstream Salesforce Service Cloud processes.Participate in the DFR (Developer First Responder) rotation and Ops Review process as a core,
