This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who has owned complex multi‐cloud ecosystems, led enterprise implementations end‐to‐end, and is equally comfortable in a boardroom conversation as they are in a setup menu.
If you need to be told what to do next, this is not the role for you — we want someone who sees gaps before they become problems.Key ResponsibilitiesTake end‐to‐end ownership of Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, and ongoing optimisationDesign and deliver solutions across multiple clouds including Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Service Cloud, and/or VoiceLead large‐scale CRM implementations, ensuring delivery is on time, on scope, and built to scaleAct as the primary Salesforce point of contact for internal stakeholders and cross‐functional teamsDrive automation, workflow design, and integration architecture across business unitsEnsure data integrity, platform security,



and compliance with internal IT and MDM policiesChampion Salesforce best practices and maintain up‐to‐date documentation and change management recordsProactively identify platform gaps and propose solutions before issues escalatesRequired Qualifications5+ years of hands‐on Salesforce experience in enterprise or mid‐to‐large scale business environmentsMulti‐cloud expertise across at least 2–3 of: Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Service Cloud, VoiceTrack record of successfully delivering large, complex Salesforce implementations — not just maintenance or small‐business supportProven ability to self‐direct, prioritise, and deliver outcomes without micromanagementSalesforce Administrator certification required; platform‐specific certifications a strong plusClear, professional communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations at all levelsMust have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK‐based companies.
