Cira Apps Limited is seeking a dedicated IT Administrator to support CiraSync On-Premises in customer environments, diagnosing sync, permissions, mail flow, and connectivity issues alongside enterprise IT teams.You'll own on-premises support tickets end to end, communicate with customers via email, phone, Zoom, and Teams, and escalate to engineering with clear reproduction steps.
This is a fully remote role with US business hours alignment.
