You will be responsible for strategic inventory management, supplier relations, departmental profitability, and ensuring the highest levels of customer and technician satisfaction.

You will manage a dedicated team, drive sales, control costs, and implement efficient processes to maintain the department's status as a key contributor to the dealership's success, ensuring seamless availability of parts for both service and retail customers.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic plans for the parts department to maximize profitability and efficiency.Manage inventory levels, including forecasting demand, ordering, and stock control for a wide range of automotive parts.Oversee and train the parts department team, ensuring high performance and customer service standards.Build and maintain strong, long‐term relationships with parts manufacturers and suppliers,
