Blacksmith Agency is hiring an Applied AI Engineer to own and ship our internal automation roadmap.
This full-time, remote role focuses on building production systems atop AI models, not on training them.
You will collaborate with engineering leadership to turn a documented automation roadmap into shipped workflows, leveraging LangChain/LangGraph and related agent frameworks.
Prior work with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs is essential.
