You will provide high-impact technical support across the Zinier platform, with hands-on work in JavaScript development, API integrations, and SQL-based databases.You will debug complex issues, engage directly with customers, and help grow our knowledge base and documentation.
The role may require US/EMEA hours and weekend shifts, with clear paths into senior technical or customer-centric roles.
