At 360 Apartment Renovations, our Appointment Setters are the first step in our client journey—igniting interest, generating qualified leads, and setting the stage for long-term partnerships with Property Managers and decision-makers in the multifamily industry.
What You'll Do
As a Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for opening doors and booking high-value meetings for our sales team.
Your day-to-day includes:
Outbound Prospecting and Cold Calling:
Doing a
minimum of 60 calls per day
to Property Managers, Regional Managers, and multifamily operators via Phone.
Appointment Setting:
Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Managers, ensuring calendar coverage and sales funnel health
CRM Management:
Log all activities in Salesforce and keep contact records clean, updated, and well-noted
Follow-up Cadence:
Execute structured sequences to engage cold and warm leads—leveraging automation tools and marketing assets
Lead Qualification:
Ask the right questions to identify pain points, decision-makers, and timing for property renovations and turns
What You Bring to the Table
1–3 years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales is a




MUST
Fully bilingua
l (close to Native English speaking is a must to apply for this position) Please don't apply if you don't meet this requirement
Office-based in Olivos, Mon–Thu (10AM–7PM ARGTIME).
Fridays: remote, same hours
Strong phone presence and written communication skills
Self-starter with a drive to exceed performance metrics and KPIs
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and outreach tools (e.g., Salesloft, Apollo, HubSpot)
Experience in property management, construction, or B2B services is a
plus
