We are looking for a part-time creative and results-oriented Marketing Coordinator to increase awareness of our Cultural Care Au Pair program in Argentina.At Cultural Care, we build integral families by bringing together international visitors with American host families—providing meaningful childcaresupportfor families, an unforgettable year in America for au pairs, and a culturally enriching experience for both parties.As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll join an ambitious, dynamic team in our Buenos Aires office that's enthusiastic about cultural exchange.What you'll do:Have ownership of our local social media channels: Strategic planning and implementation, content management, performance monitoring, goal setting and achievementAttend in-person events at schools, universities, fairs, career centers,



and similar local institutions across Argentina to increase brand awareness and drive leads for our sales teams.Work closely with our central marketing team in Zurich to coordinate campaigns, marketing projects, and eventsManage our ambassador program to drive local activities and generate referralsWho you are:Personal qualifications:Social media is your thing – You are familiar with the latest trends and hacks to increase engagement and awareness in the target groupYou love discovering the latest industry trends and seize opportunities that enable the company to growYou are organized, able to prioritize, and have a good eye for design and detailYou have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, like to develop new ideas, and work independently and in a goal-oriented mannerYou can think creatively and strategically and have a "nothing is impossible" attitudeVerbal and written communication is one of your strengthsYou have relevant work experience in marketing and can demonstrate successProfessional Requirements:Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills1+ years of marketing and/or direct sales experienceBachelor's Degree, preferredAt least 6 months of experience living abroad, preferredFull proficiency in Spanish and English#LI-LV1
